You wouldn't know it from looking at her, but she's actually Noira's little Sister, whom while she does look up to greatly, she feels very inferior to as her little sister and despite being an elite 4 member, what with Noira having an entire city to lead.

She tries to be serious and calm to suit her title, but will often throw tear filled tantrums when things aren't going well.
