Fakemon: Charlotte

Meet Charlotte folks~ She's a character made by my girlfriend ~RinLockhart, a Tangela gijinka, which has obviously been humanized more here as per her version of it's human design version.

I tweaked the outfit to give homage to the magical girl influences of the character, namely cardcaptor sakura and Sailor moon

Charlotte is a student at Golden Vigor's hero academy. She's a bright and bubbly girl with a big heart and caring nature. She always looks on the bright side of everything.

As you can see, she uses all the Mahoutsuki pokemon and a barada. Her pokeweapon is the cosmic Baton. Any Psychic type pokemon link to will have the the chances of attack and ability effects occuring doubled in battle.

Also, her regular mahoutsuki will be holding a moon stone, meaning it can potentially transform into Princess form.

She can also teach a move to Mahoutsuki. This attack changes with each form it changes into. They are as follows:

Moon form - Rainbow Mirage (Psychic 60pwr 15pp) The user users magic to fire a mirrage of rainbow coloured crystal shards at the foe. This attack never misses.

this move will change to these attacks as it changes form

Mercury form - Oasis Mirage (Water 60pwr 15pp) The user users magic to fire a mirrage of water whips at the foe. This attack never misses. It may freeze the foe

Mars form - Blazing Mirage (Fire 60pwr 15pp) The user users magic to fire a mirrage of Fire birds at the foe. This attack never misses. It may burn the foe.

Jupiter form - Thunder Mirage (Psychic 60pwr 15pp) The user users magic to fire a mirrage of Electrical dragons at the foe. This attack never misses. It may paralyze the foe

Venus form - Shining (Normal 60pwr 15pp) The user users magic to fire a mirrage of lazer beams at the foe. This attack never misses. It may confuse the foe

Princess form - crystal Mirage (Steel 80pwr 15pp) The user users magic to fire a mirrage of shining white crystal shards at the foe. This attack never misses. It may reduce the foes stats by a stage each.
