If they attack either of the 2 fake hats, the foe will take 1/3 of their health as damage. the user cannot attack while this move is in effect.

Barada is much more skilled with their magic tricks now, and will travel to on tours to perform to people and pokemon in exchange for food. Some can even speak the human language.
